Meeting of the Americas Mexico 2023, organized by the International Social Tourism Organization (ISTO). The event, which is scheduled to take place from May 16 to 21 at the Vacation Center IMSS Oaxtepec, is expected to draw more than 100 participants from the tourism sector including service providers, authorities, businessmen, and experts.<\/p><p>The Ministry of Tourism and Culture (STyC) and the Morelos Tourism Trust (FITUR) have confirmed Morelos&#8217; readiness to host this international event. Julieta Goldzweig Cornejo, the head of STyC, emphasized the significance of holding the event in Morelos, as it positions the state as an important player in the tourism industry.<\/p><p>The event will facilitate in-depth discussions and analysis of trends in the design of tourism content, products, and public policies at a continental level. The achievement of hosting this important sustainable and socially responsible tourism event in Morelos is attributed to the efforts made by the STyC authorities during a meeting in Colombia in April 2022.
